Almost like they are grounding you for the courage needed to move forward.

The remedy is said to bring courage to the taker, providing a condition of “buoyancy of the soul”. (Katz and Kaminski 1994) Borage is said to bring “lightness and ebullience to the soul, filling it with optimism and enthusiasm.

Ingredients: Borage flower essence, Spring Water, Brandy

Comes with both a dropper as well as a spray nozzle

Directions: Take 3-5 drops on the tongue. Use as needed.

Take orally directly from dropper, or mix into fresh water and sip slowly. Taking larger doses does not have a stronger effect. Other possible uses include direct application to unbroken or non-sensitive skin, misting around the body, application to acupuncture points or energy centers (chakras), mixed in creams, or added baths. Store out of direct sunlight.

Being intentional about your thoughts while taking the essence is essential.
Sometimes shifts happen immediately, other times it could take a couple of weeks to notice that a shift has occurred. Journalling can help keep track of subtle energy changes.
