Welcome.
I am an artist and a flower essence practitioner, working in two complementary but distinct practices rooted in nature, emotion, and inner transformation.
Art Practice
After a four-year hiatus from painting, I have found my way back to what I love most.
My artwork explores the inner landscape through figurative painting. I am drawn to the quiet, often unseen emotional states—memory, growth, vulnerability, and resilience—and give them form through the human figure and the natural world.
I have had the privilege of exhibiting my work both here in Canada as well as internationally, and I look forward to what this new chapter will bring. To see my CV please click here.
Flower Essence Practice
My plant path began as a personal search for support after being diagnosed with fibromyalgia in 2016. Finding limited relief within the conventional medical system, I turned toward a more holistic approach and began a journey into plant medicine.
This path led me to herbalism and, ultimately, to flower essences.
I stepped away from my art practice for four years to focus on my health and studies, completing both the Practical Herbalist Diploma and Master Herbalist Diploma through Wild Rose College. My formal education includes over 2300 hours of study in Western herbalism—covering materia medica, physiology, biochemistry, energetics, and nutrition—in addition to extensive clinical hours completed under the guidance of experienced practitioners.
Over time, I found myself drawn more deeply to the energetic aspects of healing. This led me to specialize in flower essences and their ability to support emotional and mental well-being—especially for those navigating anxiety and chronic illness.
I completed my Flower Essence Practitioner training through Wild Rose College, along with the Bach Flower Learning Program and Bach Flower Foundations course through the School for Flower Essence Studies.
Learning is a lifelong process, but I now feel ready to share this work—offering gentle, supportive remedies that can create meaningful and lasting shifts.
